Análisis del consumo de chocolate fino en Lima

El Perú es uno de los principales exportadores de cacao, reconocido por poseer diversas variedades de cacao según cada región. Este cultivo ha incrementado el número de campesinos que actualmente se dedican a la siembra de cacao en lugar del cultivo de la coca, generando un gran impacto social en las comunidades. Sin embargo, a pesar de que Perú es uno de los principales exportadores de cacao, no es uno de los principales consumidores de chocolate fino y de aroma. The present work aims to develop a promotion proposal that allows the increase of the consumption of guinea pig meat in Lima Metropolitana, by means of the development of products that generate an increase of the demand and allows the diffusion of the benefits of consumption of the guinea pig meat. The study is based on the collection and revision of data from a great variety of bibliographical sources, which provided a theoretical framework and the main knowledge to begin our study. Few years ago, peruvian Red Globe FOB prices per box from January to March (seasons: 07/08, 08/09, 09/10) were beetween 18 to 22 dollars. This last year, according to final statements of important companies in the table grapes market, the average Red Globe FOB prices from January to March (seasons: 13/14, 14/15, 15/16) were around 12 and 13 dollars. Identificación, justificación y aplicación de algunas estrategias para enfrentar conflictos sociales en industrias extractivas

This present work analyzes the importance of a communication strategy as part of the resolution of social conflicts in the mining industry. We used two cases of mining conflicts in Peru, the first one is the case of the AngloAmerican mining company with the Quellaveco project located in the department of Moquegua, which is a case of success and the second one is the case of Southern Copper Peru with the mining project Tía Maria, located in the department of Arequipa, which has not been resolved yet. For this, we focus on the importance of previous preparation and investigation of the negotiators, as well as the role of the state as a link between the extractive industry and the community.
